1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Leeds Liquors, operated by Millennials LLC, values customer satisfaction and aims to provide high-quality products and services. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.

1.2 Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If Leeds Liquors is unable to fulfill an order due to reasons within our control, such as inventory shortages, technical issues or personnel shortages.
  • If a suitable replacement for an out-of-stock item cannot be found, and the customer chooses not to proceed with a substitute product.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

3. Exceptions

3.1 Leeds Liquors reserves the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:

  • If the customer provides inaccurate or incomplete information leading to the inability to fulfill the order.
  • If the customer cannot be reached at the phone number or email address they provided.
  • If the refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
